Hamari koshish hai ke aapko hamesha best quality products deliver kiye jayein. Lekin agar aap apne order se satisfied nahin hain, to neeche di gayi policy ke mutabiq aap return ya exchange kar sakte hain.

🔄 Return Policy

  • Product receive karne ke 7 din ke andar aap return ka request kar sakte hain.
  • Product apni original condition me hona chahiye (unused, unworn, unwashed aur original packaging ke sath).
  • Damaged, defective ya wrong item hone ki surat me hum aapka product exchange karenge.
  • Customer ko return shipping charges khud bear karne honge (except agar galti hamari taraf se hui ho).

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Agar aap size, color ya design change karna chahte hain to exchange possible hai (stock availability par depend karega).
  • Exchange ka process normally 5–7 working days me complete hota hai.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Cosmetics aur beauty products (hygiene reasons ki wajah se).
  • Perfumes & Ittar (agar seal broken ho).
  • Sale/Discounted items (unless defective).
